How to make the best sperm sample
To get the best quality for a semen analysis, we recommend not to ejaculate 48 hours before making the sperm sample, but no longer than 72 hours. In order to make the best possible sperm sample, there are several things to be aware of, which are essential for the quality. The most important is the time without ejaculation (also called abstinence), because it affects sperm quality and results.
Also remember to get all the sperm in the cup, as every drop – especially the first few – contain many sperm cells.
